PowerPoint Demonstrative Evidence
Pursuant to Rule 15.2 of the Arizona Rules of Criminal Procedure, the State of Arizona provides example photos and HGN video clip that may be used in addition to other demonstrative aides in PowerPoint slides in DUI/DRE trials. The State herby provides notice that it may use PowerPoint in any criminal trial.
